Johnny McKnight
Johnny McKnight is an Honours graduate of the BA (Contemporary Theatre Practice) course at RSAMD. Recent performance work includes Wizard of Oz (MacRobert Arts Centre); Cut to The Chase (Complete Productions); Tam O’Shanter (Arches Theatre Co/Prague and Edinburgh Festival); Hi Honey I’m...(CCA residency) and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Glasgow Rep).
He is company secretary for theatre initiative Untitled Projects (artistic director Stewart Laing) and served as company manager for Soul Pilots (Tramway/ek performance). Educational work includes Scottish Opera, Scottish Youth Theatre, Langside College, North Ayrshire Council, Arches Theatre Co. and Visible Fictions. Johnny is also a part-time tutor of Educational Drama and lecturer of Arts Policy in Practice at RSAMD.
Julie Brown
Julie Brown Trained RSAMD [BA Contemporary Theatre Practice (Hons)]. Performance work outwith Random Accomplice includes ‘Featherweight’ (Wayward); ‘The Little Mermaid’ (Arches Theatre); ‘Silk’ (Stellar Quines Rehearsal Room 8) and MacBeth (Glasgow Rep). Julie is the Education and Audience Development Officer for The Arches, as well as choreographer and drama workshop facilitator for various groups including Cumbernauld Youth Theatre and Glasgow Schools Youth Theatre.
Dave Shea, Creative Accomplice
Dave has worked as Production Manager/Lighting Designer on several Random Accomplice shows to date – ‘Little Johnny’s Big Gay Musical,’ ‘Little Johnny’s Big Gay Adventure – The Confessions Tour’ and ‘Something Wicked.’ He has worked as Production Manager for 7:84 Theatre Company, National Theatre of Scotland, Suspect Culture, Giant Productions, Peace Arts, East Glasgow Youth Theatre and Sounds of Progress.
David Sneddon, Creative Accomplice
Since graduating from Technical and Production Arts at the RSAMD, David has pursued a career in Stage Management and Design. David has designed for RSAMD, 7:84 Theatre Company, Random Accomplice, The Arches, EGYT's and has been Stage Manager and/or Production Manager for 7:84, Scottish Opera Education, Vanishing Point, The Tron, and TAG. David has also worked in the SMG Art Department on "Rebus", and as Artistic Director for Belle and Sebastians "White Collared Boy" video. David is delighted to be associated with Random Accomplice and looks forward to many more happy times with Johnny and Julie.
